- Rounded ('cinerama') TV screens so curved that people on all sides of the room can watch.
- Curved windows.
- Curved bottom of bath for more comfortable contour.
- Desk with its lower drawers curved inwardly, to provide more knee room.
- Refrigerator door curved outwardly to allow more shelf room inside the door.
- Edges of stair steps curved to prevent wear.
